AVAILABILTY:

‘V V’ Cast Iron Pulp/Knife Edge Gate Valves, suitable for pulp at 10kg/cm2 are available in following design:

1. These pulp valves can be fitted with flanges To B.S 10 Table ‘D’, Table ’E’ & ASA CL-150.

DESIGN FEATURES:

‘V.V’ C.I Pulp/Knife Edge Gate Valves are in demand due to following design features:

1. Valve bodies having ample thickness and sturdy built.
2. Bolted lower plate incorporating CAF gasket for sealing.
3. Sufficient opening to allow full with least possible pressure drop.
4. Simple design with easy replaceable of Parts.
5. Strong and Sturdy design having Three Pillars Above 6” (150mm) Size.
6.  Operating Hand wheel fitted with G.M Sleeve threaded from outside & inside, wheel fitted with threaded sleeve and for proper fitting check Nut is also provided at the top.

NOTE:-

For special application S.S 304 Pulp Valve can also be made on demand.
