Cast Iron Ball Valve  
 

SPECIFICATION:

“V V” Cast Iron Ball Valve Three Piece design with S.S 304 working parts, Full bore, M.S Lever operated, Blow out Proof stem, Floating Ball, Flanged Ends, Flanges as per ASA Class-150.


DESIGN FEATURES: The following design features make these valves superior to other design of valves available:-

  1. Three piece valve itself acts as union. The parts which might require servicing can be removed from the valve without disturbing the end connections.
  2. Mirror finish smooth ball.
  3. Full bore (Excellent flow).
  4. Quarter Turn shut off, blow out proof stem.
  5. No lubrication and maintenance required.
  6. Superior for temperature up to 198oC.
  7. Spring washers are placed behind the nut to prevent external shocks during transportation.
  8. Superior quality Bolts and Nuts are used to with stand external and internal loads.
  9. Suitable for oil, Water, Air, Gas, Steam and Chemical, etc.
